Kei Kvarnstrom
Senior teacher
Introduction
Kei is President of Eesti Jooga Liit and EJL’s representative in the European Union of Yoga. She teaches yoga teachers and therapists, leads yoga philosophy days and represents Estonia at international congresses. At the Zinal Yoga Congress she has taught the workshop “Bhūti – The Inner Elements”. Within the EUY Spirituality Project, she presented the international therapeutic class “A therapeutic yoga class focused on emotional holding back”.
She leads a regular yoga class in Tallinn at MANK in Mustamäe.
