Daire Tammik

Introduction

Daire teaches in the yoga teacher programme and leads regular classes. Her final project—a concise and clear Estonian presentation of Chapter I of Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras—is available as a bound book from the Joogakool shop.

She leads a regular yoga class in Muraste in the school’s mirrored hall.
