Who we are
Joogakool is a school operated by Eesti Jooga Liit MTÜ. It offers in-depth training, inspiring seminars, supportive retreats and other events for personal and professional development. Whether your path is that of a yoga teacher, practitioner or someone seeking inner calm, you can find knowledge, experience and community here to support both personal and professional growth.
Eesti Jooga Liit was founded to bring clarity and structure to the Estonian yoga landscape. Our vision is to create space where body, mind and spirit can move in harmony—more consciously, wholly and freely.
Our story in brief
- 2018 —Joogakool was founded.
- 2019 —The first 500-hour yoga therapy group began.
- 2021 —The first four-year 500-hour yoga teacher group began; a new website and logo were introduced.
- 2023 —The first Joogakool yoga mats were created with fashion designer Ruta Tepp.
- 2025 —EJL was represented at the Zinal Yoga Congress; the second yoga teacher group began.
- 2026 —EJL officially began training yoga teachers to European standards.
